Summer is halfway over

The drumbeats of Fall now begin to grow louder.

Time flies. Less than two months until Halloween decorations start hitting the stores.

We're now another season closer to Halloween and Christmas. And in five days, I will be discussing my initial vision for this year's Christmas display. Enjoy your summer solstice!

5 more days till the first day of Summer, and 10 more days till my first 2012 Christmas update.

June 9

This will be the day for the Summer bash (technically, it will still be Spring). We'll have an evening cookout and a backyard filled with a lot of light.  "Summer in Sherwood" is an early favorite for the theme.

Based on the analytics, this blog has attracted readers from the United States, Russia, Germany, and the United Kingdom during the past week. Easter definitely has worldwide appeal.

Looking ahead, there's a good chance that I will be decorating Mother-in-Law Holidays' backyard for a summer bash. Though it will not be specifically holiday-related, it will be a fun challenge. June is an early candidate.
